Q - Do I need an appointment to come down to your place? A - No appointment is necessary. If you feel comfortable with working with a certain salesperson, it is a good idea to make an appointment to meet with them. Since we cannot guarantee they will be available to assist you on a walk-in basis. Q -Where do you operate? A - Our showroom and fabrication shop is all at one location. We also have a huge inventory of slabs for viewing as well. Q - What is your payment policy? A - We require 50% deposit on all orders, and the remaining balance to be paid upon completion. Q - Do I have to buy the whole sheet/slab? A - We only charge you for the material you use. That is why we never have remnant pieces of stone available. We utilize every piece of stone in our yard. Q - I'm considering purchasing a granite countertop for my kitchen. Is it expensive? A - Granite is fairly affordable, depending upon which one you choose. Some rare granites are a little pricier than most. So be sure to ask about which granites may be in your price range. Q - I am thinking about putting marble or limestone on my kitchen counters, is that a good idea? A - We do not recommend it. Marble or Limestone are very soft and porous stones. They are harder to maintain than granite. And they also stain fairly easily. Frequently sealing your counters is highly recommended, although this will not guarantee that your counters won't stain. |
